DELIVERY & RETURNS
UK Delivery
We aim to get your orders dispatched to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 48hrs once your order has been placed. Standard delivery can be expected between 3-5 working days of the order being dispatched. Free standard delivery on orders over £50. We are currently unable to ship worldwide.
Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices for the Items you are purchasing. You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. This includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day (i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date and when choosing your delivery option.
Returns
Whilst we hope you love your new buys, we recognise that at times you might want to return an item. We are therefore happy for you to return most items within 10 days from the date you received it. All returns will be provided with STORE CREDIT in the form of a coupon code which will be emailed to the address provided.
To be eligible for a return you must email us at infoatrubyrose@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to start your return. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note- we must receive your return package back to us within 10 days of receiving your order so please factor delivery times in or we may not be able to process your return. You will be liable for the costs to return the item(s,) and are responsible in making sure that it gets to us.
The returned item must be in a condition that allows us to restock and sell it as a brand new perfect item. Any returned Item/s must be sent back in its original, “as new”, unworn condition, free of any odour or stains (i.e. makeup/fake tan etc ) and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached and undamaged.
If an item has been tampered with or not returned to us in accordance with this Section the return may not be accepted and you will be notified by email.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us ASAP by email at infoatrubyrose@gmail.com for a full refund.
Sale items
We are unable to accept returns on sale items as these are end of line pieces. Any sale items attempted to be returned will be refused and returned to sender.
